It all started with a spark in Maja’s mind during her work and travel adventures in New Zealand back in 2015. She was yearning to experience the pure Maori culture, but felt lost on how to connect with it. As she explored different countries like Australia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Israel,.. she continued to feel this same desire.
Then, the light bulb moment happened in 2021, when Maja had the opportunity to join a program that would help bring her idea to life. She reached out to Maruša, a talented graphic designer, and Tine, a skilled web developer, to join her on this journey. With their collaboration, everything began to fall into place.
Despite the challenges that come with starting a new venture, we remain motivated and focused on our mission to connect travelers with locals and provide an immersive environment to learn traditional crafts. We have the support of our mentors, and we truly believe in the potential of our idea. As we continue to make progress, we look forward to sharing our passion with others and building meaningful connections and a strong community along the way.
